24hrs Smoke Free.........

Well I am 24hrs smoke free and it feels good.......I have quit in the past first time was 6 months.........last time was 1 1/2......I am set to quit for good now.......feels really good

Good Luck with bro!! I been trying myself problem is my wife smokes so it makes it really hard for me to quit!! I'll be praying you make it through with flying colors!!

^^^ Thanks JR......my wife also smokes I have been makeing her go outside.....lol I am useing the patch and it really helps......one thing I am doing different is useing the quit guide that comes with the patchs reading that when urges happens seems to help.....thank you for the prayers...

I quit a week ago cold turkey, lasted 2 days. Since I've smoked maybe 4 a day.
With the wife smoking it makes it 10x harder as there's one in reach. Best way I found was not having that first in the morning and it gets easier n easier

In Illinois there is a ban of smoking inside anywhere. Best decision ever. I use to be a bad social smoker when drinking.

Just think of the money you'll save, between 2 people per month that's a car payment.

What's fucked up is once you're off them a few weeks and have a drag it tastes just like an ashtray smells
