Yes it's just a dyed wax to try and band aid swirled paint. I haven't tried, what I think your link was to, their paste. I only have mothers cleaner paste just because it works good at taking road grime stains out. But paste usually leaves high amounts of dust when rubbing off. The liquid nxt doesn't leave hardly any dust behind and if you get it on black trim it comes off easily rather than a chalky stain.

Check out the meguiars forums, many great tips and product tips in there. And great before and after pics, those guys on there are pro's and use sun guns for their pics that'd show any flaws
