New "like" "thank you" feature

If you notice on top you can like each post or post simply by clicking the Facebook box next to the submit post button ( when your connected with Facebook ),
Well now you can like, dislike or thank you on the bottom of each post and it shows up under the member name ;)

I was wondering what that was and why I was getting a notification in my profile. Thanks for the likes!
